My wife knows this, but I still have a copy of the Star Fleet Technical Manual and Star Fleet Medical Reference Guide from when I was a kid (and yes I still love Star Trek).

...on my days off, I sit on my couch with mini post-its read my cookbooks...and mark all that I am interested in making. But it doesn't start there....I then make a categorized grocery list and plan how I will prep for the week. The nerdiest part? It's my favorite part of my week! (I say this as I push my glasses up the bridge of my nose, hehehe)

I go to web pages and in my browser I ALWAYS go up to the "view source" option and look at all the code and try to figure out how they created it. It's lame that I like all the text of a website rather than the photos & info.

And that just begins to scratch the surface. I'm such a nerdy dude. My wife is so embarrassed.

Are you kidding? How does one boil down a lifetime of nerdy behavior to a few paragraphs? Seen "The Big Bang Theory"? That's me and my friends not so long ago.

For starters: dressed in costume to attend sci-fi conventions, including WorldCon in Chicago, helped run several sci-fi conventions, attended a Star Trek convention and met Nichelle Nichols, Jimmy Doohan, and George Takei (extra points if you know who they are), I was a Dungeons and Dragons DungeonMaster for more than 15 years starting at high school graduation, even my email address is the name of my favorite Dungeons and Dragons character. I still have my costumes in my closet. Don't even get me started on all of the gadgets I own.
