Kris Allen was crowned the American Idol winner last night. I enjoyed this season, while at the same time kinda getting over it to. It seemed like a lot of drama was surrounding the show from week to week, but I'm glad a guy like Kris won. He is a down to earth guy who has great potential as an acoustic/rock artist.
Didn't know much about him during the course of the show, but just found out about where he stands as far as God and faith. Read an article about how God is first in his life and marriage. Very cool. Also included in the article was this video where he performed in his home town to 20,000+ people. What a cool opportunity to share his faith.

5/21/2009 4:13 PMBeautiful video! I'm glad he won too. I liked some of Adam's songs and he rocked with Kiss last night. But I could only take so much of that screech of his.
