Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
Wake up, Commute, Work 9-5, Back Home, Sleep, Repeat.

Check bank account, Give, Pay bills, Pray for God to work a miracle, Repeat.

Our lives are full of repetition. Sometimes the daily grind can be overwhelming. In
today's personal study I hit something I never really latched onto before in Philippians 3. Paul's opening words to the church at Philipi...

"
Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you."

Paul has mentioned this before, but without apology brings it up again- "rejoice in the Lord! (the exclamation is the NIV, not me, but I agree whole-heartedly)" And Paul considers it a safeguard for them. He's like, "Hey, remember to have an overflowing joy because of Jesus and I'll keep saying it because it will help get through the thick skulls we all have. God is our joy. He's the giver of life! Don't forget it." So maybe my kindergarten teacher Ms. White was right, "Repeat until you never can forget it."
